Lower back pull
I have pulled my lower back badly while doing squat, i am feeling pain when i try to sit and when i try to stand, also left leg goes senseless sometimes, please provide help, whether it is a serious problem or it is a temporary.

It seems to be temporary but it may confirm while doing further investigations procedures.Further,you may do exercises for back.1)back isometrics 2)core strengthening exercises.3)bridging exercise 4)Apply hot fomentation.
