While lifting weight in gym I hit my lower back since then i am in pain. Seems to be not that major aa I'm able to bend twist and not much pain while sitting but still feel uneasy. Is it slip disc or something serious?

Nagging Back pain can be due to muscle stiffness, fatigue, bad posture, wrong exercising habit. Get a Orthopedic surgeon opinion and sort out these and correct the vitamins. Back and knee stretching exercises , core strengthening and posture training will be the most useful tip for you.
