From tomorrow lower back pain while bending ,sitting,...the pain goes from lower back to thigh,legs,..after putting het pad the pain went..again from morning pain start while bending ...what should I do???

It is a nerve pain arising from lower back spine. Take bed rest, avoid bending forward or lifting weight. Wait till a week. Still if not going, then Consult
