Lower back pain while bending
From tomorrow lower back pain while bending ,sitting,...the pain goes from lower back to thigh,legs,..after putting het pad the pain went..again from morning pain start while bending ...what should I do??? Is there anything to worry

Tab cipzox(1-0-1)3days after food. Tab pand40(1-0-1)before food 5 days. Powetflam spray (spray 3-4times a day)5days.

It is a nerve pain arising from lower back spine. Take bed rest, avoid bending forward or lifting weight. Wait till a week. Still if not going, then Consult
