Hello there. Don't push your body too hard and always be careful while doing excercise. All excercises have a proper technique of being done. As of now all you can do is take a pain killer like aceclofenac and paracetamol combination thrice a day. Consult a orthopedician in person and get yourself checked out by him. And be careful from next time. Regards
