Lower back pain that radiates in the leg
My MRI report shows this: Early marginal osteophytes are seen at few levels. Grade ll disc degeneration is seen at L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels. Mild facet joint degeneration is seen at L4-L5 level. There is evidence of mild diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 level causing indentation and mild left L5 traversing nerve root impingement What is this condition called?
