Lower Back Pain Right side

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I have pain in the right lower backside and its been there on & off but the doctors said nothing in the past. I had done full body check up last year which showed only Vitamin D deficiency. 2 days back blood test showed nitrite positive. And today I had blood after stools. N no Bleeding after that
