Hello.. Well back pain has a lot of causes like posture related, muscle spasm,spine related issues...apart from that even renal stones may present like that..it's better to consult an orthopaedician and get examined first.. You may have to undergo x Ray...if any comorbidities like diabetes or hypertension then symptoms will aggrevate... Consult orthopaedician.. Thank you
