Lower back pain

Asked for Male, 26 Years

My recent MRI scan report stated "Disc bulge at L5-S1 level with focal annular tear and central extrusion causing compression on traversing nerve root on left side"(picture attached) I was suggested for a surgery by a Neuro Surgeon". But I'm afraid. Is there any alternate way to cure this? Suggestions needed.

Hi. You need to undergo a complete evaluation at Ayurveda centre once. Ayurveda has promising results in this condition. They do basti and kati basti besides other required treatments. You can approach govt. Brkr Ayurveda college and hospital in Hyderabad.
