Lower back pain
Lower back pain associated with movement of the area in any way. occurred a day ago while playing cricket (during bowling). have taken NSAID twice with some relief. also applied warm water pads. the back feels stiff and hard to lean forward with fear of having pain.

It looks like disc prolapse. Consult ortho or spine surgeon. Get MRI done.
