Hello there, 3 weeks ago i was working out & did some lifting i was totally fine energized and active. After 15 minutes if not more i started to have a slight pain in my lower back on the right side & I put warm pads for the whole week but didn't get any better.. it lasted for 3 weeks pain goes today come back tomorrow if something slight happens
