  4. Lower back pain. You suggest something!

I've got a root block in my lower back about 15 days ago For first six days after the procedure everthing was good But suddenly the pain has come back and it has worsened my right thigh it is aching badly the doctor concerned has asked me to take bed rest but its not going well . Can you suggest something regarding this .
