Lower back pain
I've been having some bad lower back pain which continues down to my left leg. i went to the doctor, he said it was muscle spasms, he gave me some meds (cycladol, coltramyl.. ), the treatement went okay and the pain stopped when i had the pills . but then the pain came back just after 2 days of finishing them. i went back the doc who gave me the exact some meds again but this time they didn't work at all
so i had an obv lumbar spine, it said i had a discopathy in l4-l5 what should i do ?
