I'm 31 yr old male having pain in lower back, whenever i sits anywhere for 30 to 40 mins and then while standing there is a pain in lower back and all the time i can feel bit pain in my lower back, not severe but yes i can't find my self free for my lower back pain. From past 1 week i started doing some exercise for my lower back pain.
Can anyone pls suggest wht should i eat or do as an exercise or sitting posture or anything that i need to take care.
