Lower back pain
I hurt my lower back during a workout at the gym. My lower back hurts after I wake up from sleep. It also hurts when I twist my hip at a particular angle and when I stretch my neck (face facing the floor). What can I do regarding this? I am also doing lower back exercises to strengthen the muscles. Will this help?

hello der first of stop doing exercise if in case its a fracture it worsens it....back ache may be due to fracture muscle spasm ligament injury disc prolapse kindly consult orthopaedician for further evaluation and treatment.
