Lower Back Pain
I have pain in left hip and thigh for almost a month now. i underwent physiotherapy IFT for 5 days. There was relief but now again the pain is there. i m currently taking no medicines. i was on bed rest for almost 3 weeks. how much time does it take a muscle spasm to cure? what is the cure for complete relief?

Muscle spasm usually settles down in two weeks time. If it doesn't come down by then further investigations need to be done
