Lower back pain
I have lower back pain since 6months
I have been diagnosed with l4l5 broad based disc bulge narrowing left neural foramina
My pain is in lower part like 1inc above butt cut
Is l4l5 disc located there?

Ur orthopaedic consultant or spine surgeon must have started some medicine take it. Also keep a pillow below both knees when sleeping on back and keep a pillow between both knees when sleeping on side.
