Lower back pain
I have lower back pain since 10 months and the mri report is like at l5s1 :disc height and hydrated well and small sub articular zone disc protrusion is noted with a posterior annular tear without causing significant spinal canal/neural foraminal stenosis. The facet joints are un markeble...can anybody tell that is it minor or major and what i can do to prevent ...plzzzz
