Lower back pain
I have lower back pain (mostly happens in the afternoon and evening). I have had lower back pain for quite some years now. Sometimes it is accompanied with leg pain too.

Avoid long standing and sitting. Stretching exercises of spine and legs. And take physiotherapy session

Your low back pain looks like due to discuss compression. This can be easily managed by traction therapy and proper back exercise guided. The type of exercise will be decided after confirming the type of disc prolapse. MRI may be helpful in identifying the type of disc prolapse.
