Lower Back Pain
I have done MRI scan , then I got to know that fallowing issues ,tell me about treatment for that. 1)sacralization of l5 vertebra. 2)disc dessication is noted at l4-l5 5) posterior and eight posterolateral disc prolapse is noted at l4-l5 causing indentation of theca, narrowing the neural formation with existing nerve roots compression.

MRI is showing some changes: sacralisation is anatomical variant , usually doesn’t require any management. Disc desiccation and bulge pressing on nerve requires to be addressed, depending upon the degree of symptoms and clinical examination. Many settle by change of life style ,meds and Physio. Please visit hospital for further examination and management
