  3. Lower back pain. Suggest in details!

I am suffering from the lower right side pain for last three years  when go to doctor he told to take the ct scan in the scan report ,multiple prominent lymph node present in the mesenteric group and retroperitoneal. There is sublet increase in the attenuation of the fat lower mesentery and omentum. Could you please suggest in details
