Stop lifting heavy weight. Take rest. Apply diclofenac gel ( volini) Go slow man. Slow and steady wins the race.

When you start your exercise schedule again after a gap of 2 months you should go slow on this. Even now , after you have developed back pain, please stop all your weight lifting activity and concentrate on developing stamina and endurance. Once you start jogging continuously for about half hour, you start things like stand ups and pull ups. After that come to weighs gradually.
