HLAB27 is a marker that shows positive in certain geneticaly determined autoimmune problems you may be developing ASpondylitis.. you can go for one or two more opinions with few more orthopedicians so as to have a confirmed idea and leave no stone unturned after that there is no need for unneccesary consultation.. yes but apart from pains you may be having issues wid other organs of body which should all be kept informed and taken care of.
