Frequently I develop lower back pain without much physical activity. Example I was simply sitting for half hour and working on laptop when I stood I developed lower back pain which mostly is so severe that I bend to one side and face a lot of pain walking, and standing straight. The pain is always on one side of the back and gets healed automatically after 1 week. There had been 3 incidents like things in one year. Moreover generally also it's very difficult for me to sit with Cross leg on floor

U are having adductor muscle spasm and tightness of hamstrings muscle u should go for near by Physiotherapy for the further evaluation and treatment and also search on the internet for the exercise of particular muscle
