Lower back pain after eating
I am getting lower back pain from a few days after I eat something and a constant feeling of passing gas or going for a bowel. The pain is dull not much but it is a little irritating

These are signs of inflammation of intestines. Like IBS COLITIS ETC. these need evaluation and appropriate treatment. ANTIBIOTICS etc may be needed depending on various factors.
