Lower back bain transferred to left leg
Sir 3 months earlier I felt stiffness in my back and I was feeling pain in bending forward ... In the early morning pain gets more and stiffness also gets increased...I thought that it might heal on its own...but when I visited a orthopedist last week he asked for an mri and concluded that it is a slip disc in L4 L5 & S1 ... How can you help me sir
