Lower back and hip pain
I an feeling lower back and buttock pain and burning thigs pain , My ESR is borderline high 20 (0-20) CRP normal , pls tell me the reason

pain in the lower back and  buttocks with burning sensation over thighs , points towards lumbar disc disorder . Ideally you should go for an MRI LS spine

Pain in gluteal region along with associated parasthesias/ abnormal sensations can be a sign of radiculopathy / peripheral neuropathy. Needs to be further evaluated if there’s any history of trauma aur fall ? any other past medical for example Diabetes, etc
Next Steps
Ideally there should be MRI of LS spine should be done. Along with other blood parameters eg VIT B12
