Lower back and abdominal pain
I am feeling immense pressure on  rectum area and pelvic area and immense lower abdomen and back pain..kindly suggest something..I have taken misoproston 600 18 days back...and now also I am bleeding..

the side effects ur facing is because of the high dose of misoprostol. start on meftal 500 mg thrice a day for 5 days. that will take care of ur problems

Please get yourself examined by a doctor and get an ultrasound of the Pelvis done

If bleeding is severe with passage of clot you should urgently consult yr near gynecologist for usg tvs scan...

Better to do usg tvs, b hcg. Further tt will depend on these reports, amount of bleeding, and severity of pain.

Urgent ultrasound pelvis In case u have missed ectopic Or retained products are suspected Also for intrauterine medical abortion 600 mg was not needed
