  4. Right lower Abdomen and back pain. Only.

Right lower Abdomen and back pain
I have right lower abdominal pain and back pain during movements only during standing and during work, while sitting or sleeping don't feel any pain, so taken usg pelvis and abdomen every thing normal. Still pain not subsided so taken ct abdomen in that I have 2 cm complex adnexa hemorrhagic cyst and taken blood test vitamin d is 8 only.
