Lower abdomen pain
After one month of gallbladder surgery,I am having same lower abdomen pain in midnight with nausea.In blood test,s.amylase level is 114 and sgot and sgpt level is increasing .why it is happening?what to do,what is the solution?,I am worried if i will ever be able to live normal life or I have to avoid oily and junk food forever.

What about Bilirubin ? If problem persistent then MRCP suggested . Take Udiliv 300 2 times a day before meals .Syrup Sufrate 10 ml before meals .

It's post cholecystectomy syndrome. You need some medicines with Life style modification. 1. Tab pantop D-sr morning and evening empty stomach for 7 days then morning empty stomach for 15 day's... Tab cyclopam twice in a day for 3 days. 2. Tab Udiliv 150 mg at night for 15 day's. 3. Avoid spicy and oily food. 4. Avoid heavy fatty meals. 5. Avoid outside food. 6. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. 7. Drink plenty of water. 3 litres per day.
