Helo sir I have 5300 WBC,  but no medical issue only itching.. Is this WBC having any concern with health.

WBC count of 5300 cells/ cu.mm is very much normal. The normal range is 4000- 11000 cells/ Cu.mm. No need to worry. You are perfectly fine.
