Why do I have a low testosterone in my reports? I was facing a problem of polyuria ( diabetes insipidus) N sudden skin darkening How to balance it?

Testosterone is a male hormone. Will be low in women. Why DI? Same reason must be holding for darkened skin. Likely pituitary issue.
