Low sperm morphology
My sperm count had gone too low due to bilateral varicocele. After 9 months of getting the varicocele surgery done, now the count and motility has become normal. But the morphology is just 1% in spite of taking medications for close to 3 months (Paternia XT, MFull, Letrozole).
Is there a way to improve the morphology of sperm to reach at least 4% ? How long would it take ?
