Low platlets
I had done test for fever and cbc In widal test typhoid positive In typhydot test negative. But in CBC low rbc Low lymphocytes Low platlets count Low pcv High mcv High mch So what could be the reason. I am having consistant pain between chest and stomach. Joint pain tiredness back pain include spine chord. In night back pain increases and when i wake up i feel lot of pain in arm, shoulder, back, legs. But when started to work i can manage after work when i take rest it became worse. So what is diagnosed in this case.

First of all u have typhoid, for which treatment should start 1st. Pain between stomach and chest may be due to gastritis or may be coz of posture. As u have back pain also, so it’s coz of ur wrong posture and weight lifting. Need to more detailed history and investigation.
