I gone through regular health checkup, report attached, it is 140, doctor prescribed me Rejunex CD3, Papaya leafe extract tablet, and Citraalka for 3 mm stone.
Question is shall I take RejunexCD3 and Citraalk before meal or after meal.
I feel weakness sometimes.

Platelets 140 is for practical purposes normal
Your Hemoglobin is fine.
