Undertakings treatment for dengue with fluids and antibiotics and no symptoms of dengue except low platelets count and headache, current platelets count is 24,000 with no bleeding or any other discomfort , what should be done ?

Nothing needs to be done as for now . Platelet transfusion is advised only if there is severe bleeding tendency and BP fall .
