Low platlate in pregnancy may be due to many reason .
Non dangerous and slightly common is Gestational thrombocytopenia .
For to get this diagnosis you hv to rule out other causes by doing blood investigations , USG abdomen .
In gestation thrombocytopenia platelet count goes down as pregnancy advance but bleeding profile remain normal . So in this Gestational thrombocytopenia no complications occurres during delivery.
But other caused of low platlates are dangerous in pregnancy like pregnancy induced hypertension . Idiopathic thrombocytopenia etc . Better to consult near gynecologist.

If you have fever or any other related symptoms then you should consult with a doctor.
Else increase fluid intake orally is the key for increasing platelets count (but before that make sure that you have normal blood pressure)
