Low platelet count with high MPV

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My platelets are low 102 L with high MPV 12.8H.i observed since last three years my platelets are low even though everything is normal in cbc and my mother also has low platelets problem.now i am having 12 week pregnancy.kindly suggest me,what should i do.
