Low platelet count 18000
One month before affected some fever and admitted in hospital that time platelet count 10000. Then it increased 60000.. only low platelet count but no other symptoms.. today checked CBC it shows platelet 18000.. now what to do

Hello Ma'am. Very Good evening. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. Kindly seek an opinion from a Haematologist,  who can diagnose the Thrombocytopenia,  why the platelet counts are 18,000. Is there any abnormalities in complete blood count except this. Regards
