Low Placenta
She has completed 12 weeks and in ultrasound she is diagnosed with low placenta. Decidual reaction is posterior; lower margin of placenta is covering the internal os. There is no subchorionic collection. Internal os is closed. Cervical length is 37mm.
But she wants to terminate her pregnancy due to some personal reasons. Is Caesarean the last option she has or other safe method is also available. Please suggest
