Hi, I've got my NT scan and Double marker done at 13 weeks 2 days, with following results.
NT : 1.3 mm,
PAPP - A : 543.9 ng/mL (MOM - 0.34),
hCG (T1) : 65086 mIU/mL (MOM - 0.64),
NB : Present,
Down syndrome : Screen Negative (Risk - 1/18700),
Trisomy 18/13 : Screen Negative (Risk - 1/27400).
My concern is, does this low PAPP-A affect the pregnancy or fetal growth ? I'm afraid to even google anything now, as it says low papp-a may even result in miscarriage, still birth, preeclampsia, preterm delivery with some severe complications to child's growth and chromosomal abnormalities. Is my case to be worried about? Should I go for triple marker test or NIPT? Kindly let me know for any suggestions/precautions to be taken to improve papp-a and have safe delivery and healthy baby.
P.S: I've started using one dose of Aspirin - 150mg since yesterday. Much appreciate your help in advance!!

Please keep your imagination under check.
It is a Double marker test, at 12 weeks.
The results for Trisomy 13, 18, and 21 are negative.
No definitive action is taken based on Double Marker.
There are 28 more weeks to go.
You and your Gynaecologist will have enough time to decide further action.
You can use your imagination for more useful purposes.

Double marker and NT scan tests are routine screening tets. They only give you an idea of any genetic abnormality in your Fetus . They aren’t confirmative or diagnostic. Your overall report of all marker report falls within low risk range. Which shows you do not have to over stress yourself
Hope this helps
Next Steps
. Still if you feel you want to have some more strong co-relation - go for NIPT.
