Take lactaire grannules twice a day with milk to increase your milk production. Reduce stress as it inhibits hormone which helps in milk production.
Well balanced diet is very important

Breast milk is the best type of milk for baby and breast feeding is the best form of feeding.
Babies tend to suck on the breast more as they grow thereby your body takes it as a signal to increase milk production, hence allow the baby to suck. It’s natures way of increasing the baby’s needs.
I would sincerely suggest to stop the formula and continue only breastfeeding. As you give only breastfeed by 2-3 days you can notice increase in your breast milk production.
Do some small changes as follows to smoothen the process
1. Feed the baby just after waking up, feed regularly with a flexible gap of 2-3 hours.
2. Feed at night also, night feeding increases prolactin hormone which is very important for milk production. Night feeding will disturb your sleep, but trust me slowly both of you will get used to a routine
3. Drink 2-3 liters of warm water daily, make sure you drink sufficient water at night and also just after you wake up
4. Eat balanced diet, include garlic fenugreek ajwain in diet daily. Boiled egg is also great for you.
5. Set up a daily routine with your baby, with fixed time for oil massage, bath, tummy time; bond with baby; in few weeks you’ll start seeing them give your wonderful social smiles. Hence do not stress yourself
Most of all, trust your baby and your body. Baby’s needs are recognised by your body only when baby sucks on your breast through something called as salivary feedback. This in turn protects your baby from infections, builds immunity and bonds you together.
It depends on how you are giving the formula as well...through bottle/spoon/paladai.
In bottle feeding there will be nipple confusion which leads to improper latching on the breast.
Also other details are required like the quantity of formula being given etc.
