I hope you know that Full Term Pregnancy is 40 weeks.
So you have enough time. Don't expect any wonders by 19 weeks. The decision for management of your delivery will be taken when you are 38-39 weeks.
So relax and be happy.
In any case , you or your Doctor can do nothing to hasten the shift of placenta to upper segment.

If placenta was covering os completely then little chance it will go up but if its lowlying it will go up but cant predict gestation at which it will go up
