Low iron and hemoglobin
As of two weeks ago my iron level was a 4 and my hemoglobin was 8.8. Now the last three days I'm having lots of chest tightness and pain and a constant headache that gets worse with activity. Im very lightheaded as well. Last week I had rectal bleeding for 4 days. I don't know what to do.

Hello...... Your hemoglobin is very less.. You haven't mentioned Iron with its unit.. So cannot comment on that ..so if it's iron deficiency you need iron supplements in form of tablets or iv dextrose.. Get peripheral smear test done and consult general physician with report..
