Low HDL Cholesterol after Covid
After being recovered from Covid-19 I experienced slight pain in heart. Now after 15 days of my recovery it still feels like stabbing heart pain. I got my ECG done. It is normal. It got my Lipid profile test done. The results are as under: Total cholesterol is  142mg/dl LDL is  75mg/dl But HDL is  42mg /dl which should be above 50 in women. What is the reason of this pain and low level of HDL? Please help How to increase HDL?

Your chest pain is not heart related. Having done an ECG which is normal , don't worry. Regarding cholesterol HDL of 42 is not too low. Tips to improve your HDL - Go for brisk walking daily and eat fish 🐟
