Low grade urine bladder cancer
My father age is 52 he is suffering from low grade urine bladder cancer since from 4 years every 3 months and 6months we did cystoscopy but after 3 years again we found 2cm tumor is it dangers please help me

Each recurrence is danger as it might progress to high grade and muscle invasive.

Needs cystoscopy and repeat TURBT .. Ig muscle invasive needs surgery or radiation based on biopsy report and scan... Needs staging workup

There is multi focal and unifocal disease i.e. multiple vs one site. Sometimes the low grade once have multi focal which is bad and only radical surgery will cure the disease i.e. removal of bladder and nodes. Recurrent disease is and indication for BCG treatment
