Bladder cancer
My mother had a tumor of 16mm in her bladder which was removed by TURBT. biopsy stated high grade cancer with deep muscle invasion....we went for review of the slide which verified high grade cancer but it diacarded the possibility of deep muscle invasion. Then we did TET scan of whole body but no cancer cells were found anywhere in the body. Please suggest what will be the best treatment and how we should proceed

Bladder invasion is important to decide regarding further treatment. Most of the time the first evaluation would be more accurate. But u think other wise should undergo repeat cystoscopy and biopsy again.
