Low Grade Fevers - I Suffered From Typhoid 7 Months Back.

I suffered from typhoid 7 months back. Since then I am having internal fever I feel feverish and sick but on thermometer temperature comes normal. Earlier i used to get this 24×7. Then it used to come in every 5-6 days Then it started coming in every 8-9 days now it comes in every 25-26 days and lasts for 7-8 days continuously then it goes away on self. I dont have any other symptom Done all the tests all normal. Pls explain what is this and how to cure this
