Low grade fever vomit
Yesterday afternoon I had fever measuring 100.3 on forehead and 100.5 in ear. All joints were paining . took paracetamol and ate plain maida bread for dinner. At 5am vomit. Now forehead temp 100.3 but through ear its 100.4 . stomach pain is there and feel like vomiting. Unable to eat anything (apple / bread) what to do doctors please advice ??

Any other symptoms like cough, pain in throat or chest, difficulty in breathing . Any history of similar fever in the last few days. It becomes a problem to go by one single symptom. For that you have already taken Paracetamol.
