Low grade fever from 20 days
Dear doctor,I have fever 98 to 99.3 in every day from last 25 days regularly with hot feeling in my feet bottom. Also body feels heat with sweating. I have also pain in my upper abdomen & some time loose motion or constipation. Please tell me what can I do.

Hi, please mention more details sir. There maybe some infection which needs to be ruled out. Heat is also due to increase in any inflammatory condition in the body, causing Pitta to vitiate. Please consult for further evaluation regarding your problem. Ayurveda has excellent results for this.

Pls record your temp morning and evening daily. Since it is more than 2 weeks, you have to rule out certain conditions like Salmonella infection /enteric fever.

Check ur temperature n record some where. This much body temperature is more or less normal. Do don’t worry. Since when r u having loose motions. Pain abdomen etc can be because of diarrhoea. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Drink boiled water. Take ORS. Maintain active life style Curd is good for u. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods For details you can consult me.
