Persistent fever 20 days

Question

Asked for Female, 49 Years

Continuous high fever (101 and onwards) with mild cough, weakness from past 20 days, also liver function infection treatment was taken 30 days back . Have taken 7 days antibiotics for malaria and typhoid.. after that also same condition.. all test done, hr ct scan chest, blood tests(lft, wodal, crp, homogrom), urine test... All test reports are normal, widal test also negative this time.. shows a liver function cell infection but this time not very high range... Still fever thrice a day.. crosses 100 F.. doctor said no major issue but continuous fever is there.. what should be done next ???
